Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the omnichord platform. By accessing or creating an account, you agree to be bound by the rules and obligations set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on omnichord (available at omnichord.net), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and omnichord. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
omnichord reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Access to omnichord is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. omnichord does not knowingly allow minors to register or use the platform.

3. Account Creation and Security

You must notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
omnichord may require identity verification at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in restrictions on your account, including delays to withdrawals.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using omnichord, you agree to act in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not engage in any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or engage in collusion
- Providing false information during registration or verification
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
- Sharing your account credentials with any third party
- Abusing promotions or bonus offers in bad faith
omnichord reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on omnichord are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform. omnichord does not accept third-party deposits — funds must originate from an account held in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment guidelines. omnichord reserves the right to perform additional checks before processing any withdrawal. omnichord is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. Any transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
6. Limitation of Liability
omnichord provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and functionality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. omnichord shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, omnichord's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. omnichord is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data.
Gaming involves risk. omnichord does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or result from any game or bet placed on the platform. All gaming decisions are made at your own risk.
7. Account Suspension and Closure
omnichord reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, minus any applicable fees. Balances associated with pending bonus wagering requirements may be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the omnichord platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the property of omnichord or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from omnichord.
